It turns the tasks, notes and wins of an ordinary week into a dated record of impact — each entry carrying its evidence — then compiles the ones that matter into a portfolio you can share with a manager, an appraiser or a hiring team. onWard is an offline-first PWA available on iOS, Android and the web.
